Discussion on Training Base Construction in Higher Vocational Institutions

With rich experience and achievements in construction and management of training base,high vocational colleges still face some problems unsolved like lacking long terms planning;insufficient construction funds;non-standard management methods and imperfect system;incomplete organization of teachers etc.This article mainly analyzed the problems existing in the process of constructing and managing training base in higher vocational colleges and tried to put forward some proposal of solution for further discussion.
