Abstract

Training base of higher vocational colleges is an important carrier who cultivating the high-skilled and applied talents, In order to strengthen construction and management of training base, the present situation of training base is researched and analyzed. The construction mode and construction approach of training base are expounded, and the functions of training base are analyzed. At last, the management and operation mechanism of training base are conceived.
