Determination of Postgraduates' Hierarchy of Needs and Establishment of Motivation System

Abstract

The postgraduates ' hierarchy of needs were determined by age structure, cultivated type, gender and domicile,respectively. Accordingly,the motivation system was established through Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The research results can be applied as reference or guidance for reforming and improving academic degrees and graduate education.
