Research of“the Trinity”of Team Building of Community Education

Community education is a key element in determining the quality of community education.On the basis of the structure and the features of community education,this paper points out the special requirements of community education teachers.By empirical research,this paper tries to analysis the main problems on the form,operation and management of current teaching staff and put forward the idea of building up the contingent of trinity community education.The suggestions on its building,running and management are proposed.It is hoped that these suggestions can be guidance and reference for improving the quality of community education and optimizing community education performance.
