On the Agglomeration Level Measurement of Private Township Industries and Its Contribution to Economical Growth in Southern Jiangsu

The private township industries in southern Jiangsu province developed from expanding the original township enterprises,which plays an important role in local economic development.This paper measures the agglomeration level of the private township industries in southern Jiangsu and analyses its contribution to economic growth from the perspective of industrial agglomeration effect on economic growth,the economic profits of rural private industry clusters and its input and output ratio.Finally,conclusions drawn from above analysis can be employed as a reference to further development of industries in southern Jiangsu and the whole country as well.
