Abstract

The rapid development of Internet technology makes the library undergo tremendous changes;only the unceasing innovation can make the library cause move forward constantly.From three aspects of the service concept,service pattern and service content,this paper expounds American university library's innovations in reader service,and probes into some enlightenments of these innovations on Chinese university library's reader service.
