Objective Investigate the status of Mycoplasma genitalium in healthy women. genital tract.Methods On the basis of the published nucleotide sequence of the Mycoplasma genitalium 140KDa adhesion protein gene,primers were synthesized.123 cervix tract samples of healthy women were detected by Polymerase Chain Reaction.Results Mycoplasma genitalium has been detected and positive ratio of Mycoplasma genitalium in healthy women. genital tract was 0.7%.Conclusion Mycoplasma genitalium was conditional pathogenic microbe.
