Samples with a positive amplification of mycoplasma were further detected by PCR with Mg specific primers. RESULTS Thirty samples were positive of mycoplasma, of which 10 were positive of Mg. CONCLUSION Mg infection of urogenital tract is one of the main parts of mycoplasma infection in Xi'an area.
