Current Situation of Staff Sports of Large and Medium-sized Enterprises in Liaoning Province

This article investigates and analyzes current situation of staff sports of large and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning province using questionnaire investigation.The result shows that the staffs take seriously to sports body-building value and entertainment value and also can know the active significance for body-building body,but not all the staffs are interested in participating sports activities.The proportion of staff consumption in kind is bigger and that of consumption for body-building and entertainment is less.Cognition on enterprise staffs participating sports activities takes a superficial view,and consciousness of lifelong sports is inadequate.Enterprises neither provide good Staff Sports management,nor bring Staff Sports into the enterprise management category.What's more,the fund investment is inadequate and enterprises lack transverse association.
