ON THE RHETORIC OF LI SHANG-YIN'S YANTAI POEMS

Abstract

This article has laid stress on the rhetoric of Li Shang-yin's Yantai Poems.We are certain that Yantai Poems are absolutely lyric poems whose images can be devided into five kinds,and they have a circular structure and the use of empty words increases the expressive force of the emotion.This explanation can be beneficial to understanding the particularity of Li Shang-yin's poems,and can also give us abundant poetic illumination.
