Abstract
Regulation of self-renewal of embryonic stem cells(ES) is a complex molecular signaling system. When the signal system is in overall balance, the self-renewal of ES cells can be maintained. The ES cells can be applied and the downstream stem cell-based technology can be developed only after the function of these signaling pathways has been understood. The paper reviews the research progress in the molecular mechanism of self-renewal of ES cells by analyzing important cytokines such as LIF,Oct-4 and Nanog.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
