Study on the Crime Prevention Mechanism for New Generation of Migrant Workers Based on the Community Education

Up to 2009,the new generation of migrant workers account for more than 60% of total 230 million migrant workers.The crime from new generation of migrant workers has been a major hidden trouble in the process of urbanization.This study analyzes the criminal characteristic of the new generation of migrant workers and the internal and external factors.It is indicated that we should construct ideal community education pattern from the perspectives of culture,training management,mental intervention and legal education so as to realize the social recognition of new generation of migrant workers and effectively prevent the crime.
