Abstract

Microsatellite marker has been widely applied in the study of bovine genetics and breeding becouse of its many advantages,such as large quantity,extensive and even distribution,abundant polymorphisms,rapid and convenient analysis.The study development on the application of Microsatellite marker on bovine genetics and breeding is summarized in this paper.
