Study on Reward Incentive Mechanism of Heilongjiang Province State Capital Operators

Abstract

Reward mechanism is the core issue of incentive mechanism. By analyzing current operating situation of the annual salary system in the state capital of Heilongjiang Province operators, against the problems in annual salary system, which is of lack of basic science, this article provides a new calculation formula of the annual salary. On this basis, it builds a payment mechanism including lots of long-term incentives.
