Abstract

A reference model for hierarchical structure of military requirement system is presented——this model highlights the hierarchical organization and the relationships of its ingredients.A formal analysis of the basic characteristics of the military requirement system is given.With strict analysis of this reference model,the essential characteristics of military requirement system could be deduced.Additionally,the relerence model could be used as directions in determining the requirement specifications of equipment system.
