The effect analysis of treatment of non-nephrotic syndrome IgA nephropathy with Shenyanning

Objective To analyze the effect of treatment of non-nephrotic syndrome IgA nephropathy with Shenyanning.Methods 100 patients with non-nephrotic syndrome IgA nephropathy were divided into objective group and the control group.The Shenyanning was additional used in the objective group,and the control used traditional drug only.The difference of the clinical symptoms and the laboratory examination indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptoms of the objective group was better than the control group.There was a significant development in the laboratory examination indexes in all the cases.However,the objective group get the more positive results than that in the control group.Conclusion It would get a satisfactory effect to use Shenyanning in the treatment of non-nephrotic syndrome IgA nephropathy,with the more positive in the field of clinical symptoms and the laboratory examination indexes.
