Retrospect of the blood concentration of monitoring for antiepileptic drugs in our hospital

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To give some informations for administration ofantiepileptic drugs in clinic.METHODS To retrospect the monitoring of the blood concentration of antiepileptic drugs(phenobarbital、carbamazepine、phenytoin sodium)in epileptic patients.RESULTS The percent of reaching effective blood concentration of phenobarbital carbamazepin and phenytoin sodium was 76.58%、64.26%、17.31% respectively.CONCLUSION The administration of antiepileptic drugs in epileptic patients must be based on the data of the blood concentration.
