Abstract
Before the introduction of modern archaeology into China,the objects of research were limited to works of painting and calligraphy,painters and calligraphers,and it was difficult to tell the genuine from the false as the good works were mixed with the bad ones.The diversity and scientific quality of ancient artistic works excavated in the open country not only enrich but also provide scientific guarantee for the research of artistic history.Therefore,the excavation of ancient artistic works in the open country has greatly promoted the research of ancient Chinese artistic history.
