Abstract

In recent years,the number of specialty setup in management is increasing in various higher vocational colleges. To strengthen the practical teaching and highlight the features of personnel training,we must establish a reasonable practical teaching system. In this paper,the author will discuss the cultivation objective orientation,the process of practical teaching quality assurance system,faculty training,the distribution of resources and so on.
