Discussion on the Influencing Factors of Grafting Survival Rate of Citrus Buds in Greenhouse

Abstract
In the greenhouse experiment of grafting citrus buds,the effects of different bud age,management condition,rootstock lignification degree,and different seasons on the grafting survival rate were studied.The result showed that the scion with different bud age,grafting seedlings with different growing condition,lignification degree in grafting part of rootstock,and the scion in different seasons were substantially influent to the grafting survival rate.Comprehensively,when 10 d-old spring shoots as the scion were grafted in the unlignification part of seedling,the survival rate of grafted seedlings growing in the plant growth chamber was over 80%.
