Abstract
[Objective]To explore the curative effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating allergic bronchitis and reduce relapse.[Methods]Eligible patients were divided into case group and control groups. The case group was treated with the combination of Chinese and western medicine, and the control group was treated with western medicine only.[Results]The apparent effective rate of the case group was lower than that of the control group, the effective rate was higher than that of the control group and the relapse rate was lower that of the control group(P0.01);the total effective rate and the ineffective rate indicated no statistic significance(P0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of Chinese and western medicine can reduce the relapse rate of allergic bronchitis.
