Microscopic trabeculectomy with adjustable suture in glaucoma operation of curative effect observation

Objective To nvestigate the effect of trabeculectomy with regulatingsuture treatmentof glaucoma.Methods 58 cases admitted 62 patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups,experimentalgroup of 32 line trabeculectomy combined with adjustable suture control group 30 conventional trabeculectomy surgery.Results The intraocular pressure control rateof the experimental group,the proportion of functional blebs were higher(P0.05),shallow anterior chamber,pulse off and other complications are significantlyreduced.Conclusion Trabeculectomy join adjustable suture in glaucoma surgery,simple operation,fewer complications,the results are satisfactor.
