Abstract
Recently the total amount of domestic residents′ consumption increases at slow speed,as well as the consumption level.And the consumption structure is improved gradually.However,there are some problems like low consumption rate、decreased purchasing power′ accomplishment and consumption inclination,which are caused by unsound social security system,lagged consumer credit system,myopia of consumption behavior and widening gap in residents′ income allotment.To improve the consumption level and promote the rapid development of economy,the government must take some measures as followings:increasing the residential income,narrowing the distribution gap,perfecting social security system,speeding up urbanization,completing the social credit system and perfecting the order of market economy.
