Abstract

Nowadays, in the process of modernization of Chinese higher education, there exist some obvious defects of division between how to be a an how to learn, it is closely related with our nation's ideological misunderstandings in the process modernization. The theme of higher education lies in bringing up the modern man which develop in an all round way freely and have abundant spirit life.
