Investigation of college students' extracurricular sports activities in Liaoning province

In order to promote the students' extracurricular sports activities,by using the literature method,questionnaire,and statistical analysis method,an investigation analysis is carried out for the student' training time,sport motivation,selected events,and the factors that affect the extracurricular sports activities,the results show that the form of activities is single,however the motivation is not single,it is a multi-level form combined internal and external university with entertainment and competition;the students' attitudes are positive,the subjective understanding is correct,however the female students' enthusiasm is worse than male students' enthusiasm.It is recommended that organize students' favorite entertainment activities and games,make full use of positive field and arouse the students' physical exercise,especially organize the female students' activities to develop good habits,the university should strengthen the physical capital investment,improve the field(Museum) facilities,add equipment,and build a good campus sports atmosphere.
