Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 96 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b. The observation group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79.17% higher than 60.42% in the control group, significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion Effects of treating chronic hepatitis B with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets well.
