Reflection on the construction of harmonious campuses in university

In order to carry out the national policy of the scientific outlook on development,this paper presents the idea of constructing harmonious campuses in university from five aspects: the harmony of hardware environment construction with software environment construction,the harmony of teachers with students,the harmony among teachers,the harmony among students,and the harmony of teachers and students with the leaders of all the levels.By constructing the harmonious campuses,the relations among reforms,development and stability could be well coordinated,and the initiatives of all the staff members could be well stimulated so that universities could keep developing in an all-round way.
