Abstract

Creating a harmonious campus is essential to advance the development of the college and create a harmonious society.A college should have its own spirit in order to have a unifying value in the carrying forward the spirit of the college.The key of the harmonious campus is the harmony of people.The harmony of people needs the spirit of the college so that the harmony of leaders,the harmony of the relationship between leaders and the teaching staff and the harmony of the relationship between teachers and students can be achieved.
