Reasons and countermeasures to enhance the construction of administrative law enforcement

Administration in accordance with the law is the key to administering a country in accordance with the law ,while the construction of administrative law enforcement ,as the core of administration in accordance with the law, in judicial practice there are problems yet to be settled ,such as the imperfection of administrative organization,the incomplete regulations of administrative law enforcement,the fact that there're some people who are not qualified to enforce the law,the weak supervision of law enforcement.Therefore,it is required to perfect the regulations of administrative law enforcement,to qualify the people who are enforcing the law ,to strengthen the rule-by-law concept,to improve the efficiency of administrative law enforcement and to enhance the supervision of law enforcement.
