Abstract
Quality education is one aiming at promoting all the people's quality with wholeness,comprehensiveness,creativeness etc..The basic difference between examination-taking education and quality education lie in educational value .Innovative education is the product of the times which is not only the tendency of social development but also a kind of strategy to overcome the weakness of examination-taking education,which is a necessary part and foundation of modern education while modern education is the essential condition and means to implement quality education.
