Abstract
The influence of some factors such as drawing temperature, lubricate condition, drawing speed and mould size on the drawing formability of the shell of the notebook PC with magnesium alloy AZ31 sheet was studied. The results show the magnesium alloy AZ31 sheet has an advanced drawing formability performance when the drawing temperature is 220-270℃and the drawing speed is not high than 30 mm/min, a square case of high size precision with the depth of 30 mm and limit radius of 4 mm is achieved on the mould of clearance of 1. 6 mm with the sheet of the thickness of 1. 4-1. 5 mm.
