Evaluation on Security of Forest Land Resources in Heilongjiang Province

According to related research findings,this paper chooses indicators of quantity,quality and ecology to establish an evaluation index system for forest land security.By using factor analysis,it calculated indicators weight and made comprehensive evaluation.The findings show:(1)the forest land resources basically remained secure in 2001,2004,2006 and 2010in Heilongjiang province,which indicates good service function of forest land resources at work,relatively stable ecological system,and relatively less economic and social security problems;(2)quantity and quality indicators are the decisive factors affecting the security of forest land resources.Though the ecological security has a little impact on the security of forest land resources,its continuous deterioration will have negative effects in terms of quantity and quality on the security of forest land resources,at last.So some effective measures should be taken to guarantee and improve the ecological security for sustainable improvement of the forest land security in Heilongjiang Province.
