Abstract

The countermeasures raised up by global international cooperation were described under the grim situation of climate change and the present situation of the world′s Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) projects and the international carbon emissions quota trading system were introduced.Based on the research of development status and risk of China′s CDM projects,the development prospects of CDM and carbon emissions trading were proposed.The research framework of carbon emissions trading and development countermeasure were presented,pointing out the necessity of next step comparative study of carbon emissions trading schemes.
