On the Connection between Intertextuality and Translation

Abstract
Translation is an activity among authors,translators and readers under different languages,cultures and discourses power in the social context while the intertextuality theory focuses on the dynamic process of different texts.It is obvious that the two relate closely with each other.The intertextuality theory helps to break the traditional idea on meaning and provides us a new enlightenment and a more objective theoretical point in translation studies.
