Protection of Trademark Rights by Anti-unfair Competition Act

Intellectual Property Law gives impetus to social development by the protection of intellectual property rights owner and encouraging technology invention and reform.It is the same to Anti-unfair Competition Act's purpose by safeguarding fair competition rules and forbidding the illegal competition acts.Now when in China the protection level of registered trademarks is almost equal to the level in oth- er states' ,unregistered trademarks should protect efficiently and rationally by improving and amending the articles of Anti-unfair Competition Law.
