Abstract
Objective To study the protective effect of Naloxone on early apoptosis of cultured myocardial cell after hypoxia and reoxygenation. Methods Cultured rabbits' myocardial cells were divided into three groups (control group, hypoxia and reoxygenation group and hypoxia and reoxygenation combined with Naloxone therapy group) and subjected to hypoxia for 2 hours and reoxygenation for 4 hours. At the end of reoxygenation, the apoptosis was assayed by flow cytometry. Results The ratio of apoptosis was significantly higher than that of necrosis in the hypoxia and reoxygenation group 〔(9.88±0.98) vs (5.10±0.29),P0.05〕.The ratio of apoptosis of hypoxia and reoxygenation group was significantly higher than that of control and Naloxone intervention groups(P0.01).Conclusion Naloxone significantly reduced early apoptosis of cultured myocardial cell and provided protective effect on hypoxia and reoxygenation injury.
