Discussion on the Electric Power Market-oriented Reform

Abstract

Since the electric power market reform is imperative,it must have far-reaching implications to the development of power grid enterprises.With the ultimate direction of national electric power system reform is to separate the transmission and distribution,this paper analyses various problems and obstacles existing in current electric power market reform.Then,steps in the reform of the electric power market and suggestions for a separate implementation of transmission and distribution are further put forward.
