Transhepatoarterial Chemotherapy Combined with Aidi Injection for Treatment of Liver Cancer

To investigate the effect of systematic chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection transhepatic arterial infusion in treatment for liver cancer.Fifty-six cases with primary diffuse hepatocarcinoma and98cases with metastasis were randomly divided into three groups:group A,systematic chemotherapy;group B,transhepatoarterial chemotherapy(TAC);group C,TAC and Aidi injection.The effects was evaluated after4courses.The re-sponse rate of group A,B,C was31.4%,78.4%,and86.5%respectively.The1-,2-,3-year survival rates were50.9%,35.3%,17.6%,and76.5%,45.1%,21.6%in group B,and86.5%,65.4%,36.5%in group C respectively.There was obviously different among the three groups(P0.05).The im-munity decreased in group A,B and increased in group C after treatment,compared with pre-treatment.There was obviously different between A,B groups and group C(P0.05).[Conclu-sion]The combined therapy is an effective way in treatment of advanced liver cancer.It can en-hance immunity,and increase the therapentic effect.
