Abstract
The liquid fermentation conditions of Flainmulina Velutipes Fr.were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the optimal conditions included mineral elements of CaCO3,temperature at 26℃,oscillating frequency of 110rpm,and fermentation duration of 5 days.
