Abstract
Urban transport demand and transport network between the two-way balanced, fully reflects the city's land use planning with transport system integration ideas. In this paper, urban land use to start, the use of principle to establish a balanced land use and spatial relationship between the two traffic demand model, and on this basis was proposed based on the urban land-use roads open balance control model. The model can be implemented in transport demand and supply and demand balance and the transport network user equilibrium traffic network itself, for urban land use and transportation system planning and integration of urban planning and transportation planning with an important role in learning.
