Abstract
The idea of people-oriented management,which is a modern management idea,has become the focus paid attention by business and academic circles in recent years.Adult higher education is a form of education aiming at cultivating people by adjusting the orientation of values,taking coordinated strategy,creating a positive climate in the organization,playing an effective role in encouraging and strengthening the management of the adult students.
