Abstract

At present as a result of the expansion and merger, colleges and universities are faced with new challenges and chances. The prerequisite to the development of the colleges and universities is reform, in which quality-oriented education is essential. Therefore, it is of practical significance to overcome the traditional misconceptions and implement the quality-oriented education comprehensively.
