Reseach on the Town Development Model of Urban Fringe——Taking Changsha Urban Fringe as An Example

With the quickening of urban construction pace,Changsha city scale is expanding constantly,the choice of the development model of the urban fringe is very important.Through the analyses by the qualitative,the paper defines the basic development way and principles.According to the position,the traffic,the economic base and the natural resources state of all the village and town economic unit of Changsha city fringe,the writer puts forward satellite town model,traffic predominating model,garden development model,industry predominating model,travel exploiting model,and assume that it can build a development regiment in the contiguous area to push the region economy.
