Observation and nursing of the effect of Halometasone ointment layering for psoriasis vulgaris with different frequencies

Objective To observe the efficacy of Halometasone ointment layering for psoriasis vulgaris with different frequencies.Methods Eighty-eight patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=47) was given Halometasone ointment every day,and the control group(n=41) Halometasone ointment every other day.The age,sex and severity of illness difference were not statistically significant.Both groups received Chinese starch bath and ultraviolet light therapy.Area and severity index(PASI) score of both groups were examined two weeks before and after the treatment.Therapeutic effects were observed and compared.Results After two weeks,the lesions of the two groups significantly improved.The effective rate of the treatment group was 72.34%,and the control group was 51.22%.The difference was statistically different(P0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion The effect of daily use of Halometasone ointment is better in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
