Abstract

The development process,research areas and functions of logistics are reviewed. The arising of reverse logistics are analyzed from different views;the industry status of reverse logistics is introduced.The implement strategy of reverse logistics is studied from the points of sustainable development,the construction of law system and the development of manufacturing enterprises.
