Study on reverse logistics management of manufacturing enterprises

Based on the internal meaning and development of reverse logistics, this paper firstly analyses the alternatives and factors that should be taken into consideration when building reverse logistics system. Secondly, the basic process of business disposal of reverse Logistics was studied. At last this paper designs the basic disposal process of reverse Logistics, which consists of network designing and reverse logistics policy and business flow, inventory management, information system of reverse logistics and operation mode. The paper hopes to provide a useful reference and enlightenment to the reverse logistics management of the related manufacturing enterprises so as to improve their service level.
