Abstract
Product Mix adjustment is a key for an enterprise to maintain innovation characteristic,win competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development.Studied from the theory and actuality of product mix adjustment and the theory of enterprise core competence,the paper put forward necessary of product mix adjustment based on enterprise core competence under the circumstance of socialist market economy successively pushing and socialist industrialization successively accelerating.
