Enterprise's Core Competence and Competitive Superiority

Abstract

Core competence is the basis on which enterprises can keep continual competitive superiority. Following China enters WTO,it is important for enterprises to cultivate and develop core competence in order to win in the intense market competition. As a result, this article discusses the definition and characteristics of the enterprise's core competence. Then, based on the enterprise's core competence from six aspects: planning, fostering,introducing,implementing,developing and renewing of core competence.
