Abstract

Through making a general survey from both the theoretical and the practical studies on the technology spill over effects of FDI, this paper analyzes the reasons for the difference of technology spillover effects in different host countries,studies the path for China to acquire the technology spillover effects of FDI and gives some proposals for the policy.
