Scientific Construction of China's Food Safety Standard System

Food safety standard is the technical documents of controlling food production, processing, circulation and catering. Preparation of food safety standard should first ensure the health of human, and be scientific, reasonable, fair. This paper summarizes the present situation of China's food safety standards, points out the deficiency of China's food safety standard in pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, food additives and food packaging, and puts forward suggestions on the construction of scientific China's food safety standard system.
